Vandels in neighbourhood

Yesterday, Someone threw a LARGE rock thru my living room window. It happened during the day.
I live on Carnegie.
Talked to my Neighbor next door and he told me someone has also been
throwing rocks at his dog.
Please, neighbors, keep an eye out for anyone doing suspicious activities, maybe we can
catch the "little" culprit (s), and save others in our area from spending time and $$ cleaning up the damages done.
